The Chornomorka team has specially trained specialists who do just that. They explore different premises in your city because they know exactly where the bite will be.

They will conduct a thorough technical inspection at the site. They will also help negotiate with the landlord. We always take into account the existence of other Chornomorka franchises nearby. We really don't like it when fish eat each other. That's why we used to turn down potential partners. So we apologize for this in advance.

Perhaps it's time to talk about our main principle. We are always there for our partners at the moment of launch. Only those who have never done it themselves can think that making a perfect forshmak or divinely roasting a mullet is easy.

When a new restaurant opens, our chef comes there. He cooks together with the chefs until each crucian carp consistently has a flawless golden skin and the cutlets have no hint of bone. The chef will be accompanied by HR specialists. Believe me, each of the waiters will begin to understand fish as if they had been sailing on a trawler for half their lives.

  • We shamelessly resort to the practice of a secret visitor to learn more about everything from the inside.

  • Finally, we have state-of-the-art software that allows us and our franchise partners to see all the key figures in real time.

Olga Kopylova worked her way up from waitress to restaurant manager, and this experience has imprinted the first golden rule: “A satisfied guest always comes back.”

Once a classmate sent some fresh fish from the Crimea for sale, which was immediately sold out, followed by a second delivery, a third, and so the Chornomorka company was born, which became a major supplier of fresh fish to supermarkets and restaurants - the second golden rule was born here: “Always fresh fish is the key to long-term relationships.”

The first establishments worked out the format and all the shortcomings, and then investors started coming in who wanted to open Chornomorka in their cities - that's how the franchise was born and Chornomorka became an all-Ukrainian chain.

With the outbreak of a full-scale war, Olha dives into the unknown again and sets her sights on entering European markets.  The ability to keep the punch and change quickly helped to set records here as well. In the first 2 years, Chornomorka successfully operates in Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Moldova, and 2 more countries will be announced later. The third golden rule of our company is
